Serves 4-6, prep time 20 minutes, cook time 20 minutes
2 cups Jasmine rice
¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
2 broccoli heads
½ head of red cabbage
3 garlic cloves minced
3 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
½ cup of coconut amino garlic sauce
Start rice in rice cooker or pan. (1 ½ cup of liquid to every 1 cup of rice).
Slice flank steak into strips and marinate in 2(of the 3) tablespoons of sesame oil, garlic sauce with the minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper (the longer the marinade the more flavorful).
Cut vegetables and cook over medium high heat in the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil and avocado oil until vegetables are firmly tender.
Once rice is done, add the lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt (to taste) and mix well.
Combine all ingredients and top with sesame seeds.
